Cost of service
The cost of the file is displayed by the site according to the selected options. Go to www.tuning-files-online.com, “Online Tuning” tab and click on the required services to see the cost.

Working time
Under the “Contacts” tab. Regular working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 18:00, Saturday 8:00 - 14:00.

Processing time
Indicatively, the processing time for files is 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the type of controller and the number of orders. More time may be required for special software or site congestion.

Technical support
Please note that we only support equipment that works with us and that is connected to us (Master - Slave). We do not support and are not responsible for clone tools (you read and zap at your own risk). If the hardware does not write you a file from us, we are not responsible for it. You order and get the file prepared according to the guidelines in the order.

Checksum
Our files are delivered without a checksum. All original tools calculate the checksum automatically. If you need to calculate a checksum, it is available as an additional service.
 
DTC - Diagnostic Trouble Code
For DTC deletion requests, all codes must be delivered at the same time, not one at a time. In addition, the DTC code must always be provided in the generic EOBD/PXXXX or UXXXX format, not in the manufacturer's specifications.
